Apple may not be the biggest maker of smartphone or computer. But Apple CEO Tim Cook said he did not really care. The most important thing for Apple thinks is to be the best.
Quoted from CNBC, Steve Jobs's successor states is not possible for the company to put out the best product, the first and the most time. Must have one.
"I think you should never judge the success or failure of the measure and the three things. So as an entrepreneur, I encourage you to pick just one. And Earn the whatever it is," said Cook.
Cook pointed out, Apple is not the first tablet manufacturers. Microsoft has released long before Apple's tablet. However, Apple's iPad was the one who managed to become the most popular tablet and many described as the best.
"Not a problem for us if we are in second place, third, fourth, or fifth if we still have the best. We do not feel ashamed because we need more time to make the right," said Cook.
"For Apple, being the best is the most important thing, far more so the first or the most. Our desire is to make the best products to enrich people's lives and if we can not do that, we will not do," he claims.
